LOCATION, LOCATION, LOCATION! Located right next to the East Beach Causeway this 2BR/1.5 BA townhome is in the heart of it all. Walking distance to everything! Less than 1/2 a mile to the Coast Guard Station where you have beaches at all tides and the Pier Village where you will find dining, shopping, the fishing pier, and Fun Zone pool and putt putt. This complex also offers onsite WIFI access and washer/dryers in the Club House and a pool. Beds consist of a king and two twins and a twin roll away is available. You cannot get any closer to the beach at this price so call soon! Small pets considered with a $200 non refundable pet fee. Cleaning fee is an additional $150.00
