Completely renovated with new floors and upgraded kitchen and appliances. The nearest beach access is only 1 1/2 blocks away! Located in the desirable East Beach area, this home is close to many great restaurants including Crab Daddy's, Fiddler's, The Crab Trap, and more. You also won't be far from the Pier Village, where you'll find some of St. Simons' most popular shops, restaurants, and activities such as putt putt, bike rentals, Southeast Adventures, and the lighthouse. There are also brand new pickleball courts in the Pier Village area! All four bathrooms are completely updated as well. Oak Cottage has its own private pool with brand new decking. There is a Weber charcoal grill for your use along with patio and pool furniture. First bedroom has a queen bed and private bathroom. Second bedroom has double closets and two twin beds. Master bedroom has a queen and a large room that has two additional twin beds. Master has private use bathroom as well. Off the kitchen is a full bath so you can wash off the beach salt and sand or the chlorine from the pool. Linens are provided.

Our trip to The Oak Cottage on St Simons Island was perfect! The house was so comfortable and clean. Beds were super comfy. The swimming pool was a huge bonus for the entire family both young and old.

Stayed 5 nights and everything was great. Location to beach was great and the pool was awesome. Very well equipped. Only complaint is the garbage was overflowing when we arrived and we had to buy Glynn County approved overflow bags for $15.00. Garbage should be taken out after each change of renters.

Glad you enjoyed your stay! Unfortunately the trash is only picked up by the county every Tuesday, which can sometimes cause the trash to build up between tenants after a weekly rental. We try to make rounds and remove some trash during the week as needed. We will try to improve on this. Thank you!

Oak Cottage is a great property. We have visited every year for close to 20 years and we enjoy it greatly. Golden Isles Realty is great to work with and the Owners do a great job keeping the property in good shape and up to date.

We thoroughly enjoyed our time at this house. It has everything you need for a family vacation. House was clean and the pool was a huge hit. Quiet location on East Beach and just a block from the beach. We will stay here again.
