Rental Terms and Agreement:TO CHECK IN (CHECK IN IS AT 3:00 P.M) DIRECTIONS TO Golden Isles Realty (330 MALLERY STREET, SAINT SIMONS ISLAND, GA 31522): Traveling North on I-95: Take a right at Exit 29 (US-17 North/GA-25 North). Travel over big bridge. Turn right onto the FJ Torras Causeway. Just past the Golden Isles Marina, merge right onto Kings Way. Just past your second traffic light, Golden Isles Realty will be on the right. Traveling South on I-95: Take a left at Exit 38 (GA-25 Spur/North Golden Isles Parkway). Continue on Spur 25 until you merge right onto US-17 South. Turn left at your third light onto the FJ Torras Causeway. Just past the Golden Isles Marina merge right onto Kings Way. Just past your second traffic light, Golden Isles Realty will be on your right. TO CONFIRM YOUR RESERVATION: A deposit of 50% is required WITHIN SEVEN DAYS of making your reservation. Upon receipt of your deposit, a letter of confirmation will be sent to you. NO RESERVATIONS WILL BE HELD LONGER THAN SEVEN DAYS CANCELLATION POLICY: There is a $100.00 processing fee on all cancellations. Deposits will be refunded, less processing fee, if reservation is cancelled 60 days prior to scheduled arrival date. Thereafter, refunds will NOT be made unless property is re-rented. In season weekly rates are effective April through August. Monthly and daily rates are available from September through May only. Off season weekly rates are available September through March. In June, July and August the rental week begins on Saturday at 3:00 pm and ends the following Saturday morning at 10:00 am. Georgia State Sales Tax of 7% applies to vacation rentals. Local hotel/motel tax of 5% is charged on the first 10 days of all short term rentals. A NON-REFUNDABLE reservation fee is charged to cover administrative expenses. Rental balance is due at check-in and should be paid by check, cash, money order, VISA or MasterCard. ALL VACATION PROPERTIES ARE FURNISHED: LINENS ARE NOT PROVIDED UNLESS OTHERWISE NOTED. Linen rental services are available. You may contact Island Linens at 912-262-9622. PETS ARE NOT ALLOWED. THIS IS STRICTLY ENFORCED. UNLESS OTHERWISE NOTED OCCUPANCY GUIDELINES The occupancy guidelines are listed in the property description. Non-compliance with those guidelines will result in eviction without a refund. DAMAGES: In lieu of a damage deposit, guest authorizes Golden Isles Realty to bill credit card on file for any long distance charges, damages, extraordinary cleaning charges, lock out expenses, key charges, missing items, laundry service or any charges incurred during the stay unpaid at departure. Signing agreement represents a signature on file and serves as the authorization. _______________. AGE REQUIREMENTS: One individual in each party must be at least 25 years of age and occupy the property during the entire stay. Non-compliance to this rule will also result in eviction with out refund. DAMAGES TO YOUR PERSONAL PROPERTY: Guest agrees to hold harmless OWNER or AGENT for any damages to your personal property or for any accident that may occur to you or those in your party during your occupancy, in or on the property or any articles left in the property. REFUNDS: There will be no refunds issued for early departure, inclement weather, eviction, mechanical malfunction, or interruption of utilities. We will make every effort to insure that repairs are made in a timely manner. BEHAVIOR: Loud and disruptive behavior will not be tolerated. Management reserves the right to evict anyone, without refund, any one who becomes loud and creates a disturbance or becomes a nuisance. |
