NEWLY RENOVATED IN 2021!!! This house has two bedrooms with two full bathrooms and sleeps up to 4 people. Large living/dining room space with plenty of room for everyone! There is a fenced back yard with a screened porch to keep those famous GA gnats and mosquitos away while you enjoy your morning coffee or afternoon glass of wine in the cool island breezes. The kitchen, which has been furnished with all new appliances, will give you a retro feel from the moment you walk in and features a coffee bar for the coffee lovers! The master bedroom has its own private use bathroom with a walk-in shower and king size bed. The second bedroom, or the "Flamingo Room" as we like to call it, has a queen bed. The second bathroom has a larger than life royal blue shower that is absolutely amazing. There is a doggie door and two crates for your convenience if you'd like to bring your furry friend. The nearest beach access is only about a mile away. The Pier Village is just a short stroll down the street. You will even be within walking distance to St. Simons' newest attraction - the pickleball courts! What are you waiting for? Book now!!!

Our family of three and our dog had a very nice relaxing stay in this two bedroom two bath home. The home was big enough for us to either come together and enjoy family time in the livingroom or find our own spots to nap, read, watch tv [5 tvs in the house!) or surf the internet. The screened in back porch was our favorite place!! We watched tv there under the ceiling fan if it got hot. The fenced in backyard was not as big as I had it pictured in my mind but our dog enjoyed being able to be outside without a leash on!! His favorite spot was looking out the front windows in the livingroom and barking at the people walking their dogs!The kitchen was decorated so cute! We loved the red counter tops! The coffee bar was a huge hit for the coffee drinkers in the family! Not a big fan of the rain shower head but it was not a deal breaker. We enjoyed the quiet neighborhood and the beautiful spanish moss in the trees! We hope to return in the future!

We spent November 2021 in this lovely home. We loved the home, the neighborhood, and the close location to the Village and County Park. This is such a comfortable house and extremely clean. We loved getting up every morning, enjoying our coffee, and watching the local neighbors on their morning walks or dog/owner walks. The kitchen really rocks. We love to cook when on vacation and this kitchen is superb. If you’re a cook, the kitchen is extremely well equipped with quality equipment. We really were excited to be able to walk a few blocks to the County Park, where’s there a new dog park and pickleball courts. The Dog Park is a great addition to St. Simons Island. We had daily meet ups with other dog lovers. In addition, I’m a pickleball player and was so excited about the 4 new dedicated pickleball courts, with open play every morning. This is a fantastic location to enjoy a stay on St. Simons Island. We highly recommend the cottage to anyone coming to SSI.

Location! Location! Location! Magnolia House is an absolutely wonderful vacation rental! The kitchen and baths have been renovated beautifully and the kitchen especially is very well done! The owners have thought of, and provided, everything you could need or want!
The screened in porch is quaint and cozy, and the neighborhood itself is adorable and quiet. It’s a very quick 5 minute walk to the village, and we loved to grab ice cream at Frosty’s right at the end of the street.
The owners even provide for the furry family members with big comfy crates and and a fenced backyard to explore.
My only suggestion, and it’s purely a selfish one, would be to put two beds in the second bedroom so this rental would be perfect for families. I’d love to stay at Magnolia House again but my son and daughter were not happy about having to share the queen bed.

House is on a nice tree line street close to the pier. The home was comfortable and clean. It's a older home that has been upgraded over the years the back screen in porch is a very nice place to relax. The only thing I didn't care for was the rain fall shower heads in the walk in showers but that is just me. Overall the home is a very nice home and we would rent it again.

Great location, fun cottage, great manageent company.
We stayed for a month with our pups and we felt very much at home. The living room and screened-in porch are so cozy, the kitchen has everything you need and a wonderful coffee area. Beds are super comfy. I would stay again. And if you have pets - the owners have thought of everything.
