Welcome to Osprey's Nest!

Named for the Osprey that nests right next to the house, Osprey's Nest is a beautifully decorated 3 BR/3.5 BA home right on the Bloody Marsh. Take in the spectacular views from the sun porch, the outdoor sitting area, or from the private pool. You'll see a sunrise that is like no other! Enjoy the convenience of being approximately a mile from East Beach in an area that is perfect for biking or riding a golf cart in the island breeze. Take a short ride down to the Pier Village, which is only approximately 2 miles away, and indulge in some of St. Simons' most popular restaurants and gift shops. At the end of the day, rewind and relax while planning your next trip!

This is a two-story home. All bedrooms are on the first floor. The master bedroom has a queen bed, TV, and a spectacular bathroom with two separate vanities, a large soaking tub with an entrance ledge, and a walk-in shower. The shower is very roomy and has a rainfall shower head, a removable shower head, and a shower bench. A wheelchair can easily fit in the shower. You'll think you've walked into a spa!

The second bedroom has a queen bed and a bathroom with a tub and a walk-in shower. This room also boasts a very large walk-in closet with plenty of room for luggage.

The third bedroom has a queen bed, twin sofa bed, TV, large closet, and a bathroom with an air tub/shower combo. There is also a vanity area right outside the entrance to the bathroom - perfect for getting ready in the morning.

Upstairs you will find a spacious living room, dining room, well-stocked kitchen, laundry facilities, sun room, and a half bathroom. There are books and kids' toys in the living room. The sun room provides a beautiful view of the marsh and has a twin daybed and trundle. Step out onto the balcony and take in the breeze!

There are two outdoor sitting areas: a balcony that is accessed via the sunroom on the second floor and a porch next to the pool area with plenty of chairs around the private pool. This home is perfectly designed for those who appreciate the outdoors! There is even a putting green next to the driveway so you can practice your golf game before playing at one of the nearby golf courses.

Osprey's Nest is equipped with the following amenities:

- 2 coffee makers and a coffee grinder
- ample pantry space
- BBQ grill
- plenty of pots, pans, dishes, and utensils

PLEASE NOTE: This rental is advertised as a duplex because there is a permanent tenant in the left side of the house. That side is closed off and has a separate entrance and parking spot. The tenant does not use the outdoor sitting areas or the pool. No one is permitted to use the dock.
