Luxury beach house for the entire family with the beach and St. Simons Island Village all within 1.3 miles.
Spend the day sightseeing, shopping, dining, or just relaxing at the beach. Then return to our home, “Sandcastle," to relax and enjoy.
The house, in a quiet neighborhood, is private - affording you the ultimate vacation. Separate reading room and family room with fireplace and big screen TV has enough room to spread out. Formal dining room off the reading room or eat in the large kitchen with breakfast room. The kitchen is a sunny atmosphere where there is room for several cooks!
Enjoy the screened in back porch with seating for 6, or the back yard with the gas grill and Adirondack chairs where you can fix s’mores and relax.
The downstairs is complete with a half bath, full laundry facilities, and a double garage.
Upstairs, the master suite is incredibly roomy with a en-suite that has a soaker tub, shower and double sinks.
There are two more bedrooms and a guest bath as well upstairs - a queen bed and a bunk room for 3 children!

Deposits will be refunded, less processing fee, if reservation is cancelled over 60 days prior to scheduled arrival date. Inside of 60 days prior to your arrival refunds will NOT be made unless property is re-rented.
VRBO CUSTOMERS: Please note that if you are booking through Vrbo, you will be responsible for paying their service fee. Any service fees paid to Vrbo are external from our company and cannot be refunded or handled through Golden Isles Realty. We cannot cancel Vrbo reservations and re-enter them into our system to avoid the service fee. All reservations, booked through Vrbo or not, are subject to our company's policies as outlined in our rental agreement.

The house is very nice with a great set up. The screened porch and firepit are awesome. The garage is huge. I would prefer a king sized bed in the master instead of a queen though.

The house has everything we need. We love the fire pit out back, the spacious garage, basically most everything about the house. It’s a great place to stay.

Wonderful experience. The house was perfect for our needs. The house was well-stocked with kitchen items and bedding, towels, etc. There was also a nice supply of necessities to get us started, like detergents. We used the firepit and yard, too.

We had everything we needed. House was amazing
We stayed here for several months and liked the house a lot. I liked the large garage, screened back porch, gas grill and fire pit. It’s a comfortable home and a great play to stay on Saint Simon’s Island. To turn this rental from a 9 to a 10, I’d recommend a king sized bed in the master bedroom.
