This one bedroom one bath ground floor flat has granite counter tops, tiled floors in the living area, and is located very near the historic Pier Village. So close to all of the island's best shops and restaurants! You will even be within walking distance to St. Simons' newest attraction - the pickleball courts! The nearest beach access is only about a mile away. This is the perfect location if you love shopping, biking, and eating. Village Green also offers landscaped grounds and a great communal pool (conveniently located right outside the front door!) for guests only. This rental has a queen bed and two TVs with basic cable and free Wi-Fi. The bathroom has a shower/tub combo. Village Green 61 rents on a monthly basis only. ABSOLUTELY NO PETS ALLOWED. Cleaning Fee: $150, Reservation Fee: $75.

The realty company is great. They have had the refrigerator fixed, faucet fixed, brought a smoke alarm and fire extinguisher, had the cable tv fixed, brought silverware, and water glasses. The condo itself needs remodeling. The mattress is terrible and should be put in the nearest dump. The living room furniture was worn out many years ago. The microwave is on top of the refrigerator. Lebron James might be able to reach it.
