Susan Fenn Dubs, a Glynn County native and St. Simons Island resident, received her Georgia Real Estate Sales License January 1993. Sally was born in Cleveland, Tennessee.  She attended The University of Georgia graduating Summa Cum Laude with a B.S. in Home Economics.  She was originally licensed in 1991 and has been with Golden Isles Realty ever since.  Sally holds the Georgia Realtor Institute Designation (GRI), and is a Life Member of the Million Dollar club and a member of the Circle of Excellence.  She resides on St. Simons Island and enjoys swimming, church activities and gardening.  Sally serves on the board of the University of Georgia Botanical Garden and is a member of Wesley United Methodist Church.

Stephanie Downey
Stephanie is a Georgia native born in Marietta, just north of Atlanta.  She received her real estate license in 1989.  She began her real estate career in Cartersville, where she obtained numerous awards from the Bartow Area Board of Realtors, including most transactions in a year, highest volume in a year, Million Dollar Club Award for 13 continuous years.  She also received the Phoenix Award Designation in 2015.  She moved to St. Simons Island in 2016 and joined Golden Isles Realty in June 2017.

Carol Pollock
Carol began her real estate career in 2001 as a full time agent with Golden Isles Realty. With over $70 Million dollars in real estate sales and over 280 closed transactions, Carol is a life member of the Million Dollar Club, the Circle of Excellence, and the Oglethorpe Award. She attributes her success to market knowledge, listening to her clients, upholding high ethical standards and working hard. Carol enjoys facilitating all the details of the transaction; from the negotiations, inspections, working with the mortgage company and closing attorney to ensure a smooth and successful process as well keeping her clients well informed.  She has experience selling single-family homes, vacation homes, multi-family, and undeveloped land. When she is not working, she enjoys spending time with her husband, their two young boys and the outdoors. Prior to her real estate career she went to Georgia Southern University where she received a four – year women’s soccer scholarship and a degree in Natural & Cultural Resource Management with a minor in Biology.
