The Community:

Location:
You can't get much closer to all St. Simons has to offer! Take a short stroll or bike ride down to the Pier Village, which has many of the island's most popular shops and restaurants. You also won't be far from the beach - the nearest access is only about a mile away. Next door to Harbour Oaks is one of the island's newest attractions: the pickleball courts! You'll also be next door to Mallery Park and a dog park, perfect if you decide to bring your furry friend or just want a relaxing evening stroll!

The Space:
This beautifully updated condo has 2 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms. This pet friendly ground-floor unit can comfortably accommodate a family or group of 4. The first bedroom has a queen bed, TV, and an en suite bathroom with a shower/tub combo. The second bedroom has a king bed and a TV. The second bathroom has a gorgeous tiled walk-in shower. The kitchen, dining area, and living room have been thoughtfully decorated to include modern amenities and lots of natural light. There is a full-sized washer and dryer in the laundry room off the kitchen for your convenience. There's a patio off the living room if you like to hang out outside in the morning or evening, and there's a grill for your use as well.

Dogs are welcome with a $200 pet fee.

Covered parking is available for one vehicle. There is also street parking for overflow.

COMPANY CANCELLATION POLICY: There is a $100.00 processing fee on all cancellations. Deposits will be refunded, less processing fee, if reservation is cancelled over 60 days prior to scheduled arrival date. Inside of 60 days prior to your arrival refunds will NOT be made unless property is re-rented.

VRBO CUSTOMERS: Please note that if you are booking through Vrbo, you will be responsible for paying their service fee. Any service fees paid to Vrbo are external from our company and cannot be refunded or handled through Golden Isles Realty. We cannot cancel Vrbo reservations and re-enter them into our system to avoid the service fee. All reservations, booked through Vrbo or not, are subject to our company's policies as outlined in our rental agreement.
