This townhouse has everything you will need for your next island vacation! Three en-suite bedrooms and a half bath downstairs for guests' use. This beautifully renovated three floor townhouse is located one block from the beach. The first floor offers a kitchen and open floor plan dining/living room. Off the living room is a patio with table and chairs. The second floor has two full bedrooms with private bathrooms and a front load washer/dryer. First bedroom to the left has a king bed with a walk-in shower. Second bedroom to the right has a queen bed with tub/shower combo. Third floor offers two twin beds with a full bath that has a walk-in shower. All bedrooms have TVs, with the living room having a large flat screen TV. There is no cable; all TVs are Smart TVs with streaming capabilities. This property has assigned parking for two vehicles. ABSOLUTELY NO PETS ALLOWED. NO SMOKING. 7 night minimum rental year round.

This is definitely a go back to place. It was clean, quiet, near the beach. It was near anything one would need or want to do. We will be back next year if not before.

We had a great stay at Beach Life. The property was probably the most well stocked I have ever stayed at. Great a/c! The beds were very comfortable and there was plenty of space for my family of 4. We biked into town and walked to the beach. The pool was also nice and my boys used it every day. There was never anyone else in it while we were there. The unit was clean and well maintained and had easy parking out front. You can also walk to several restaurants. We would definitely rent Beach Life again.

This was a really nice townhome in a great location. We did have a leak in the ceiling in the second week that needed repair. Possibly the master bathroom shower pan was leaking. Other than that small inconvenience, the place was great.

It was probably the best apportioned rental we've stayed at on the island and this was the twelve trip to St Simons. The BBQ was great and is a must have for a vacation rental. The house had tons of other small amenities that made the trip great.

The Beach Life was great!

We rented the Beach Life home for 3 months and loved it. It had everything and I mean everything you could and would need. I would give it a 9.5. For a long term rental the only thing I would add is a grill outside.

This property was clean and very well maintained. It had everything we needed for a short or long stay. My favorite thing was the close proximity to the beach.
