Completely renovated one bedroom one bathroom cottage that has new everything! Originally the art studio for local artist Mildred Huie. This cottage is conveniently local near the beach access and is adorable. Located in the desirable East Beach area, this home is close to many great restaurants including Crab Daddy's, Fiddler's, The Crab Trap, and more. You also won't be far from the Pier Village, where you'll find some of St. Simons' most popular shops, restaurants, and activities such as putt putt, bike rentals, Southeast Adventures, and the lighthouse. There are also brand new pickleball courts in the Pier Village area! While it is the guest house to Lokshelanee II, this property still has privacy and is blocked from the main house with a grand tree with plenty of foliage around it. This cottage can be rented separately or used as extra space with the big house. Unit includes 1 king bed, stainless fridge with ice maker, dishwasher, cook top, microwave, cable TV, high speed internet, and washer/dryer. There is also a patio with plenty of seating, an outdoor shower, and a grill. ABSOLUTELY NO PETS ALLOWED. Cleaning fee is $165.00.

Great cottage, the only detraction are the twin beds. They are murder on your back.

I enjoyed my stay. The access trail was quite a way from the actual beach. I learned that there was easier access 8 blocks away at Gould Inlet. The realty company had not changed the directions to their office since a traffic circle replaced a traffic light so I was wandering around at the end of a long drive looking for it. I would recommend.

the accommodations were perfectly suited for our vacation needs. A pleasant return at the end of the day was appreciated and enjoyed.The updates and renovations were in par with the entire St. Simons ambiance. Very well pleased overall.
