Mulligan's Cottage has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, all on one level. The master bedroom has a king bed, TV, and plenty of space to spread out. The master bathroom has a large walk-in shower and a double vanity. The second bedroom has a cozy queen bed. The third bedroom has a bunk bed and twin-sized day bed, perfect for 2-3 children to room together. The second bathroom has a shower/tub combo and a double vanity.

The open floor plan provides for a very spacious living, dining, and kitchen area. The living room has plenty of seating, so you can enjoy a family game night or movie night in comfort! The screened porch can be accessed from the sliding glass doors in the living room. Sit back and relax, or practice your putting skills on the miniature putting green!

The laundry room has a full-sized washer and dryer, so doing laundry is a breeze! The laundry room is adjacent to the den, which provides comfortable seating, a desk/workspace, and a view of the golf course. COMPANY CANCELLATION POLICY: There is a $100.00 processing fee on all cancellations. Deposits will be refunded, less processing fee, if reservation is cancelled over 60 days prior to scheduled arrival date. Inside of 60 days prior to your arrival refunds will NOT be made unless property is re-rented.

VRBO CUSTOMERS: Please note that if you are booking through Vrbo, you will be responsible for paying their service fee. Any service fees paid to Vrbo are external from our company and cannot be refunded or handled through Golden Isles Realty. We cannot cancel Vrbo reservations and re-enter them into our system to avoid the service fee.
