Welcome to Stewart House! This lovely 2 bedroom 1.5 bath pet friendly cottage is the perfect rental if you are looking for a vacation on St. Simons Island! Located less than 3 miles from the beach, Stewart House is nestled in a residential neighborhood close to Redfern Village, where you will find many popular shops and restaurants such as Catch 228, Fancy Q Sushi Bar & Grill, Gnat's Landing, Bubba Garcia's, and many more. You will also be about 1.4 miles from Harris Teeter, which makes for easy and convenient grocery shopping. Rent a bike or golf cart and take a short ride down the street to the Pier Village, one of the most popular attractions on the island. The Pier Village has many shops and restaurants, Neptune Park, The Fun Zone, the light house, and, of course, the pier!
This home boasts a lovely fenced back yard, complete with a fire pit, charcoal grill, plenty of seating, an outdoor shower, and a shed for storage. There is also a roomy screened porch to sit on and enjoy your morning coffee or afternoon glass of wine. Both bedrooms have queen beds. The full bathroom is equipped with a shower/tub combo. The half bath is located in the laundry room, where you will find a quaint and convenient space to do your laundry and an area that could be used as an office/desk. There is a smart TV in the living room, and there are speakers for you to hook your phone up to and enjoy your tunes throughout the house! Inside of 60 days prior to your arrival refunds will NOT be made unless property is re-rented.
