Great cottage, the only detraction are the twin beds. They are murder on your back.

I enjoyed my stay. The access trail was quite a way from the actual beach. I learned that there was easier access 8 blocks away at Gould Inlet. The realty company had not changed the directions to their office since a traffic circle replaced a traffic light so I was wandering around at the end of a long drive looking for it. I would recommend.

Perfect for a solo traveler. Updated small kitchen and a nice bathroom. I wasn’t sure about sleeping in a twin bed but it was comfortable. Very close beach access.

Six week stay. New TV set needs some operating directions. Two different Internet passwords on check in paperwork paperwork were both incorrect. Had I not stayed here previously I wouldn't known correct one. A king sized bed would be an improvement. Location is great and the house is cozy and comfortable.

This property, in an excellent location and with a great layout, needs an update, especially for the kitchen and bathrooms. Fresh paint inside medicine cabinet downstairs, and along window sills in downstairs bedroom. The Queen bed upstairs was not comfortable. I would recommend it to a friend with a warning about the condition.

We have wintered at Lokshelanee II for more than 10 years. We come back because we find the facility comfortable and well located. Golden Isle Realty has been good to work with.

Our condo was the best accommodation we have had in the three years we have wintered in Georgia. The condo was clean, well furnished with newer appliances and comfortable furniture. In addition, it's location is superb in that it is within walking distance of the village and pier. We also had timely and helpful communication with the staff at Golden Isles Realty.

Love the rental. It has everything close at hand. It was clean and neat. It is close to the ocean and we spent a lot of time at the pier. Would love to live there permanently. Will be back next year.

Golden Isles Realty was a pleasure to work with. They were very prompt in addressing any maintenance issues. The unit itself was well kept, with quality appliances and furnishings. The location was superb, within easy walking distance of Pier Village, restaurants, pubs, shopping, bicycle rental/repair/sales, the pier itself as well as numerous parks and the wonderful library.

This was a great rental, well equipped, super nice pool!

We stayed at 217 N Harbour Oaks, for the third time. Golden Isles Reality is great to work with, very pleasant and most importantly reliable. The unit is beautiful equipped with everything you need. Well decorated in a tasteful nautical theme. I will say the carpets need to renewed. They are quite stained.

The condo was very nice in a very convenient location near restaurants and shops in the village.

Enjoyed the area and location of the rental.

This condo is in a quiet place where the grounds are beautifully kept like a garden and yet just a short walk down to the village, where you are in the midst of many restaurants, bars and the pier. The pier Village never ever gets old with the parade of people and dogs, always someone to talk to. The condo itself is large with two bedrooms and two baths. The furniture is elegant and sturdy, with comfortable beds and couch, a good easy chair. The kitchen is well stocked with everything you need. The bedroom carpet does need a good steam cleaning.

Terrific place, loved the windows in the bump out. Kitchen had everything we needed. The bathroom was great. A great location. Quiet but a short walk to all of the village activity.

We had a very pleasant 3 month stay. The unit was clean and improved furnishings created a more welcome experience. We plan to return next year.

As always it was a great trip. The condo was great excellent location clean and well maintained.

The condo was clean and comfortable. Kitchen had all necessary items for cooking, but going out to eat is the best. Only drawback was the deck was too small for two people to occupy.

We really enjoyed our stay at this condo. We loved being in a gated community with a pool. It was also only a 10 minute walk to all of the stores/bars/restaurants at The Pier, and there was a park close by too. The condo was well stocked with everything we needed.

Upon entering the condo we felt welcomed and immediately comfortable and relaxed. The two bedrooms are set up almost like two masters, guests were comfortable. Great location within pier village. Very walkable to shops and restaurants. Quiet and beautuful. Ample kitchen supplies abd the beds were comfortable.

We stayed at Harbour Oaks 212 from June2-8 for a girlfriend getaway. It is a roomy condo that sleeps 6 comfortably. We loved the area and got a kick out of watching the turtles in the canal from the balcony. The beds were comfortable and the condo was very clean. We were happy to see there were extra bath towels and extra sheets and blankets supplied. The washer and dryer were definitely a plus. The condo is about a 5 minute walk from the Village Inn and Pub and for those who don't mind walking, it's an easy 15 minute walk to downtown and the pier. One suggestion might be to offer complimentary beach chairs and beach towels for guests. We would definitely stay again!

We had an excellent experience. Golden Isles Realty was very professional and helpful. The condo was very roomy, and the location is great. We highly recommend it!

My husband and I recently stayed a month at Harbour Oaks unit 212. It was very clean upon arrival and lacked nothing, except a hair dryer. The kitchen was stocked beyond expectation, although a tad dated. I loved turning the a.c. off in the mornings and enjoying my cup of coffee with the screened door open to the balcony, so I could hear the fountain in the lagoon. I felt safe in this gated complex, which is accessible only by code via an electronic gate. We loved it so much that we are still in Harbour Oaks. We just opted for a ground level unit to better suit our needs. I loved the fact that while my husband was at work during the day, I could easily walk to restaurants or shops. I also used a service called for delivery when we didn't feel like getting out, and those guys were awesome as well. We would definitely stay again, and would most definitely book with Tabitha at Golden Isles Realty.

Nice place to stay and conveniently located. Enjoyed having the garage so I could store my bike during the day. Home was in relatively good condition and well kept. Enjoyed staying there.

Enjoyed our time exploring St Simons Island. Great area for bicycling with access to bike paths throughout the Island. Nice Village with shops & restaurants. Visiting Fort Frederica is a must for History buffs (or not). The area of our rental home is an easy walk or bike ride to the Village and the beach.

We had another fabulous season, our sixth, at the Hill Cottage. This wonderful house is our home away from home in March and April.
Over the years, we have seen how much care is put in to keeping this home beautiful and up to date. When problems arise, they are always immediately addressed by Tabitha, at Golden Isles Realty, who is in constant touch with the owners to make sure we are comfortable and that any issues get resolved.
Being semi-retired, we travel for 6 months a year. The experience at the Hill Cottage is what all other renters should aspire to.

We just spent our fifth winter at the Hill Cottage and it was another wonderful stay.
This home is a wonderful place to stay. The furniture is attractive and comfortable!!
The high ceilings of the kitchen and living area create a wonderful sense of airiness.
The kitchen is well appointed with everything one would need.
The beds are all very comfortable and the bathrooms are modern and clean.
The neighborhood is very quiet.
With the ocean a short 3 block walk away, we spent a lot of our time walking on the wonderful sandy beach, swimming, shelling, sunning and kayaking.
We would be remiss if we did not mention the incredible service provided by Tabitha at Golden Isles Realty. It is obvious that her commitment to renters having a carefree experience is paramount. She always makes you feel as though you are the only focus of her attention
We intend to continue our annual pilgrimage to the Hill Cottage and would recommend it to anyone interested in enjoying a wonderful stay in St Simons!
