Nice place to stay and conveniently located. Enjoyed having the garage so I could store my bike during the day. Home was in relatively good condition and well kept. Enjoyed staying there.

Enjoyed our time exploring St Simons Island. Great area for bicycling with access to bike paths throughout the Island. Nice Village with shops & restaurants. Visiting Fort Frederica is a must for History buffs (or not). The area of our rental home is an easy walk or bike ride to the Village and the beach.

We had another fabulous season, our sixth, at the Hill Cottage. This wonderful house is our home away from home in March and April.
Over the years, we have seen how much care is put in to keeping this home beautiful and up to date. When problems arise, they are always immediately addressed by Tabitha, at Golden Isles Realty, who is in constant touch with the owners to make sure we are comfortable and that any issues get resolved.
Being semi-retired, we travel for 6 months a year. The experience at the Hill Cottage is what all other renters should aspire to.

We just spent our fifth winter at the Hill Cottage and it was another wonderful stay.
This home is a wonderful place to stay. The furniture is attractive and comfortable!!
The high ceilings of the kitchen and living area create a wonderful sense of airiness.
The kitchen is well appointed with everything one would need.
The beds are all very comfortable and the bathrooms are modern and clean.
The neighborhood is very quiet.
With the ocean a short 3 block walk away, we spent a lot of our time walking on the wonderful sandy beach, swimming, shelling, sunning and kayaking.
We would be remiss if we did not mention the incredible service provided by Tabitha at Golden Isles Realty. It is obvious that her commitment to renters having a carefree experience is paramount. She always makes you feel as though you are the only focus of her attention
We intend to continue our annual pilgrimage to the Hill Cottage and would recommend it to anyone interested in enjoying a wonderful stay in St Simons!

This was our second year in this rental and we hope to have it again. The size, decor and amenities suit our lifestyle and needs. The location puts us within walking distance of the village and many of the popular shops. Support and follow-up from Golden Isles was superlative.

Perfect place to escape the hubbub of a four-generation week at the beach. Quiet, well appointed and well maintained. Large community pool and good fitness center for exercising in the heat of the day. Enjoyed watching a wide variety of song birds and shore birds beside the charming pond at the rear of the property. Location is very convenient to the restaurants, shops and pier in the Village.

Have been renting condos in Harbour Oaks many years for the Georgia Florida game week. Have rented 203 at least two of those times.

We've been going to Davis Cottage for many years, and we always love our stay. The views are fantastic and we love how close it is to the water, the village, and the lighthouse. This year we left a day early unfortunately because TS Helene came through and the power was out. We will be back, though!

The location of this property is perfect! Proximity to the pier, restaurants and shops was great! You can't get any closer to the ocean. It is worth noting that the beach is gone with each high tide. The condition of the inside of the property is poor. Carpets in severe need of replacing, the ceiling had holes. Overall, the location made up for this, but updates could make this property perfect!

Clean, no frills, above average equipped kitchen. The location is the thing. Walking distance to pier, restaurants (lots), lighthouse and the beach is just below the back deck. We’ve stayed in both the upper level and lower level both are fine accommodations and wonderful location.

Very good trip. The trip could have been excellent, but there was a SAFETY HAZARD on the landing and my daughter sprained her ankle on the first day. The other issue is the porch furniture is in very POOR shape. The new porch and new AC were GREAT! This was our 10th anniversary trip and we will back!

Us: This was our second stay at a condo in Demere Landing (first choice facility), in third time we've enjoyed SSI in the last 3 years. There were 4 of us from New England, 1 working remotely and 2 kids (13 and 10).

We thoroughly enjoyed our visit to Saint Simon's Island for Christmas 2021. The condo was as pictured on the website. The beds were comfortable and the bathrooms were clean and in good working order. The kitchen was a bit small, especially if two people where there at the same time. The condo has a two-car garage, which is a nice feature. The location was about a mile or so from the village area and about a mile and a half from the beach. On a nice day, the village was a pleasant 20-30 minute walk. Saint Simon's Island is a quiet community with some good restaurants and a beautiful beach nearby. We also visited the historical district in Jekyll Island, which was about a 30-minute drive. We highly recommend this property to anyone visiting the Golden Isles of Georgia.

Perfect location to keep the sand between your toes! Fun for all ages.

Our stay was fabulous as always. We love the fact that my 95 year old mom is able to come and stay with my sisters and their family in Carol 2 because of the elevator.

We were fortunate enough to be able to stay at Carol's Greyside I for a long weekend of total bliss! The condo is beautifully appointed with everything you could possibly need for your stay. Everything is absolutely first quality. The view from the porch is totally captivating. A place I could sit for hours on end watching the tide go in and out throughout the weekend, and watching the ships pass by throughout the day. Restaurants and interesting places are within walking distance, but once you're inside you won't want to go anywhere. The downside is that Greyside has spoiled me for staying anywhere else. I'm hoping there will be some time that it isn't totally booked, so I can go again.
